Material: The belt is a 2mm PVC green anti-static universal belt with a bandwidth of 80mm, a ring length of 2150mm, and a shrinkage rate of plus or minus 1.3-2.6mm. The surface of the belt is smooth, and the bottom is mesh. The conveyor bracket is made of 40 * 80mm 2mm thick aluminum profiles and 40 * 5mm thick flat steel bars spliced together. The flat steel bars move precisely inside the 40 * 80mm aluminum profile groove to adjust the height. The thickness of the flat steel strip is 5mm, and the surface treatment is galvanized. The connection of the bracket adopts a 40 * 40 aluminum corner code connection. The motor adopts Siemens stepper motor. The electrical box adopts a 300 * 400mm thick electrical box. The motor mounting bracket is made of 3mm steel plate bent and has a surface spray coating treatment. The belt drum is a 40mm diameter stainless steel drum, and the adjustment mechanism is a 5mm flat steel screw adjustment. The conveyor is driven by a chain sprocket, with the active sprocket being the 08B17C sprocket and the driven sprocket being the 08B23C sprocket. The transmission chain is the 08B national standard chain. The chain is equipped with a chain protective cover. The foot cup is a 60mm rubber foot cup.
