Split transportation method - double row chain conveyor belt

Using the 10A national standard double row chain as the transportation medium, the magnetic base is placed on two 10A double row chains and continuously transported towards one end, and then automatically falls off to the feeding area. The double row chain conveyor belt is divided into sections every 6 meters, each section is equipped with a 0.75KW motor with a reduction ratio of 1:60. The main and auxiliary sprockets are both 10A double row 21C sprockets. The guide rail is made of carbon steel profiles and bent, and the overall support is composed of a combination of carbon steel and industrial aluminum profiles. The connection between line segments is treated with small-sized workpieces to ensure the smooth passage of their magnetic base. And the magnetic base can be placed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally without falling off.
