The structural form of the bracket for the anti-static workbench
An anti-static workbench can be composed of many structural forms, whether it is single-sided or double-sided, such as direct vertical type, upper and lower split type, single-sided combination type, or double-sided combination type. So what is the structure of these combination methods?
Let's first talk about the direct standing style, which, as the name suggests, is a bracket structure directly produced in the middle of the workbench to form the upper lamp bracket. This structure allows the double-sided workbench to have a total of 6 legs, while the traditional one does not have 4 legs. This structural form is the most sturdy and stable. But the manufacturing cost is relatively high.
The advantages of the vertical type include stable structure, beautiful exterior, good load-bearing performance, high degree of shaking, more flexible use, and long service life. And there is only one drawback, the price is relatively higher.
Now let's talk about the traditional split up and down style. The split up and down style can be divided into two types: one is a single column split up and down style, and the other is a double column split up and down style. What is a single column split up and down style? The single column up and down split type is a structural form in which all material layers, lamp racks, and electric batch suspension rails are supported by a single profile on both sides. The double column split type, as the name suggests, refers to two profiles or other materials supporting the lamp frame and the upper part of the material layer.
The single column up and down split workbench is better than the double column up and down split workbench, but its specific method and installation method also need to be investigated. The overall strength requirement of a single column is higher, and in order to be stable like a double column workbench, we must increase the strength of a single column. Therefore, we usually use 62 * 62 aluminum profiles for the single column of a single column split workbench, while other parts use 40 * 40 aluminum profiles, In this way, the strength of the single column up and down split workbench can be improved. But what we need to know is that no matter how much we improve the stability of its workbench, it is not as good as the straight through type, or even worse than the double column structure of the upper and lower split type. So, because of the split structure, it is necessary to use a double column structure. We cannot do this kind of heartless split single column structure for the sake of cost. However, it is important to note that this split single column structure is not a straight through structure!
Below, I will sort the structures of these workbenches in order: direct vertical (only single column)>double column up and down split type>single column up and down split type. That's all for today, and we will continue to explain other structural forms of workbenches in the future
